[Cabinet does not maintain proper temperature]

  • Check the electrical main power cord.
  • Check if the main power button on the control box is ON. The control box is located behind of front top panel for all upright products or side panel for undcounters or sandwich tables.
  • Check if the condenser coil is dirty. A dirty condenser restricts airflow, resulting in excessively high operating temperature. This reduces efficiency and shortens components life.
  • Check if the unit is installed at a good location. High ambient temperature and moisture cause temperature problem. Please locate the unit away from stove, oven, dish washers, etc...

[Unit dose not run]
  • Check the electrical main power cord.
  • Check if the main power button on the control box is ON. The control box is located behind of front top panel for all upright products or side panel for undcounters or sandwich tables.
 
[How to set desired temperature]
  • Open the front top or side panel to reach the control box.
  • Push the "TEMP SET" button. The red light will blink.
  • While the red light is blinkng, set your desired temperature by pushing the "HIGH" or "LOW" button. The LED read-out will display the actual cabinet temperature a few seconds later.
 

[How to replace light bulb]

  • Make sure unplug the main power cord from the electrical outlet.
  • Unscrew and remove the white plastic protective cover over the light bulb.
  • Unscrew and remove the used light bulb.
  • Installed a new 25 Watt appliance light bulb and put the protective plastic cover back (Besure it is screwed in securely).
 
[How to clean condenser coil]
  • Disconnect the electrical main power to the unit before cleaning the condenser coil.
  • Unscrew and remove the gray plastic condenser cover if the product is upright reach-in.
  • Clean the outside of the condenser with a soft brush or vacuum with a brush. Clean from the top to the bottom, not side to side. Be careful not to bend the condenser fins.
  • Shine a flashlight through the condenser to check for dirt between the fins. If dirt remains: a. Blow compressed air through the condenser coil. b. Use a commercial condenser coil cleaner. Follow the directions and any precautions supplied with the cleaner.
  • Repeat Step 3 until all dirt is removed.
  • Carefully wipe off the fan blade and motor with a soft cloth. Do not bend the fan blades. If the fan blades are excessively dirty, wash with warm, soapy water and rinse thoroughly.
  • Factory recommends to use this procedure to clean the condenser once a month.
