[ CONSTRUCTION ]
Heavy duty 430 stainless steel exterior. Anodized aluminum finished bottom and back of exterior. High quality 304 series stainless steel top pan cover and interior, ABS evaporator drain cover. Insulated with 2.5" thick high density foamed-in-place CFC free polyurethane foam. Four 4" diameter casters (front casters with brakes). Door heater epuipped door frames and 1/2" thick insulated top lid to prevent moisture build up.

[ REFRIGERATION SYSTEM ]
·Side-mounted condensing unit for bigger compartment use comparing with back mount.
·Oversized condenser and evaporator coil cools to set temperature in a minimum time period and maintains it.
·Cool air intake via the front of the unit while warm air exhausted through the side, bottom and rear for high performance of condenser.
·Evironmentally friendly CFC free 134A refrigerant.
·Air defrost, temperature initiated and terminated.
·Built-in 80 watt condensate pan heater located at the bottom of cabinet composed of anodized aluminum interior and galvanized steel exterior.
·Pressure relief port located at exterior back wall for rapid re-entry.
·One 115 volt / 60 cycle / 1 phase with plug-in structure NEMA-5-15P for all sandwich prep. tables.
·Factory preset temperature, 35℉. Operation of compressor and all other electrical components is governed by digital monitoring system(PCB control box) behind side grill.

[ DOORS ]
·430 series stainless steel exterior with 304 series stainless steel interior. Insulated with 2.5" thick, foamed-in-place, CFC free polyurethane foam.
·Rounded corners for a sleek and modern appearance. Heavy duty adjustable torsion spring self closing door system.
·One piece gasket for easy replacement.
·Heavy duty door recessed door handles that stay out of the way.

·Two (2) epoxy coated interior shelves per section.

·11" pilasters and shelf clips made of 304 series stainless steel.
·304 series stainless steel 1/6" pans for model EPR1 & EPR2 and 1/4" pans for model EPR3.

·Easy to control temperature by simply pushing buttons.
·Microchip digital monitoring system (PCB control box) provided with various functions for monitoring and maintaining ideal temperatures. Temperature range From 32℉ to 41℉.
